    I enjoy shopping at GoodFoods Grocery where I can get spices, seeds, nuts, grains and more in bulk (and for less than what I would pay otherwise).

    It's Friday which means time to restore so that we have lots of healthy energy next week to learn all kinds of exciting facts about our environment and what we can do on small-scale and large-scale or whatever you feel called to do, including the surprise bonus of rating the length of this run-on sentence as I attempt to conserve punctuation.
