Fill Your Mug With Milo

Today or each morning, I will bring my own mug to the Forum from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. to fill up my cup with a Ghanaian favorite, Milo, a chocolatey warm drink. We will also have hot coffee if you like to start your morning with a cup of joe. You must bring your own mug or a reusable cup to get points for this action. On Thursday, we will be located at the Gottwald Auditorium in alignment with the Ghanaian guest speaker.

    I could incorporate more morning walks before my classes. I like to walk in the neighborhoods around campus because there is not a lot of traffic and it is really green!

    My favorite way to practice gratitude is to meditate. It helps clear my mind and get the negative thoughts that ruminate in my mind out of my brain. Meditation also helps set me on a positive path for my day ahead!

    Me and my friend enjoyed walking in the eco corridor and seeing Abby’s garden and how serene the walk was. It is cloudy outside, but it seemed that the trees were more green because of the weather.
