    Hi team! This week, I’ve eaten mostly vegan (only a few scrambled eggs!) and have been more conscious of my transportation around campus. I hope to go to more of the EcoChallenge events later in the week!

    Grateful for: my parents who are a constant source of support; friends who keep me grounded and push me to be the best version of myself; my education, which has opened my eyes to so many possibilities.

    As a college student, I spend a lot on food on a weekly basis. My grocery store trips add up. Also, I have to budget carefully in order to make tuition payments and sorority dues payments on time.

    I think the barrier to most people carrying a reusable water bottle is the convenience of disposable bottles. While they may be more convenient; ie. you can throw it away once you are finished with it, reusable bottles aren't actually that inconvenient if you have a bag to put it in.

    I'm so excited to participate in the Ecochallenge! Living with an environmental studies major, I have loved learning more about ways to be sustainable and reduce my personal footprint.
