I think I'm in 74th place -- not my best year, but only going up from here!

The most interesting thing I've learned this week was that there have multiple armadillos spotted in VA! Armadillos! That is both amazing and sad in a way, as it represents climate change for this region, which was likely too cold previously for this species to survive here.

Strong Ecochallenge participation before Day 1 and now on Day 4. It's hard to throw the party and do full "Eco". But boy am I impressed with what others have achieved so far! So much learning during the Sustainability Fair!

I always get confused by how this works, so I've been clicking only day 1 on day 1, only day 2 on day 2, etc. So today on day 3 (Food and Water), I realized some things are daily actions and could be clicked each day all week. Therefore, I just want to say for the record, ALL of my meals are meatless every day, not just today on day 3 when I...

Amazing day at IE week and on the river!

Looking forward to CCE's Perspectives conversation today at 12:30 pm in the INTC Commons, where they will discuss local sustainability initiatives and the global challenges facing an increasingly urban population!

Another year, another opportunity to learn through the EcoChallenge! I'm especially excited about this year's explicit focus overall on sustainability, with the aid of indigenous perspectives and shared experience on the James River.
