Susan Wolski 11/19/2021 5:39 AMLAST DAY TEAM A - Thank you so much for being great teammates for the week! I appreciate your time and energy put to this eco-challenge week. If you have been busy and haven't had time to do much that is A-OK. I am so happy you joined and I hope that you were able to take part in some part of this week. Many of you really did learn and do new things - I sure did! From this I made some changes in my home and here in my department. I also will make sure others read All We Can Save! If you didn't get to read any of the selections, I highly recommend the book. I received it courtesy of the Sustainability office!
Okay now let's see we are in 4th place.... could we squeak by and make it to 3rd. Happy Friday folks! Have a great day! -
Susan Wolski 11/18/2021 1:46 PM4th day almost done. Last day tomorrow. Please log any points you have. We are so close to 3rd place and we are a smaller team.
I have some reading to finish so i can log a few more points. This has gone so fast. I have learned so much and will have great topics for discussion on the Thanksgiving break. Energy is an area where I need more work. I wish I could do more public transportation in Richmond but... that is not very easy to do here but I hope that it improves over time.
Thanks to all of you for participating. It has made this week especially enjoyable. -
Susan Wolski 11/18/2021 6:13 AMDAY 4 - Hi all! I hope you have a good day learning today and taking steps to help the environment. I learned there is an air filter whistle... who knew - i just write the date in my calendar but this might make more sense. My car is getting a tune up today - slightly past due and I am getting the tire pressure checked. Again I didn't know what a big difference that makes. I appreciate all that you all are doing for our team and for the environment! GO A-TEAM!!!-
Susan Wolski 11/18/2021 10:22 AMsorry about your tire light - hope it is something small especially since you filled the tires! -
Nancy Propst 11/18/2021 10:09 AMMy tire light came on this week for tire pressure. I bought a small thing from Walmart several years ago that plugs into the lighter slot in my car and can add air to my tires. Checked and added air to all 4 tires this week. But dang it, for once the light hasn't gone off, so going to have to check the tires again.

Susan Wolski 11/11/2021 1:54 PMWhy? I joined this challenge because the environment is something that I believe I should care enough about to make changes in my life and I knew I would likely learn from this experience! I am more excited that I am doing it as part of a team!
