Grateful for: my parents who are a constant source of support; friends who keep me grounded and push me to be the best version of myself; my education, which has opened my eyes to so many possibilities.

As a college student, I spend a lot on food on a weekly basis. My grocery store trips add up. Also, I have to budget carefully in order to make tuition payments and sorority dues payments on time.

Waste - Day 5 Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

Barriers could be that they are good money-makers (ETC sells a TON of water bottles), and therefore retail stores may not want to stop selling plastic water bottles. However, they have started selling more re-usable options to try to offset their sales of single-use water bottles. I have committed to only using a reusable water bottle and filling it up at the water filling stations throughout the day.
