  • Reflection Question
Waste - Day 5 Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

I love carrying a reusable water bottle. I tend to always have one with me, but I find it tougher when I am out with my friends on weekends to bring it. Sometimes it doesn't fit in my purse or bag which can be a challenge. I really like to have mine when I travel, but many domestic airports don't have bottle fillers which can be a challenge as well.

So, I watched The Game Changers a documentary on Netflix. It was about plant-based elite athletes. Anyone else seen it?
